Submit your RTI application in writing to the PIO along with Rs. 10/- as application fee (cash or DD in favor of "Principal, MMIT").
The PIO will respond within 30 days of receiving the application. For information concerning life or liberty, response will be provided within 48 hours.
If additional fees are required for providing information, you will be informed with details of further fees and calculation.
If unsatisfied with the response, you may file an appeal to the Appellate Authority within 30 days of receiving the PIO's decision.
